Stephanie Duff

Stephanie was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ and currently lives in the West Valley. She spent 11 years working as part of a team where honor, dignity, and respect are the core foundations; values that she carries with her to the ELITEAM group. Stephanie's approach is client-centered, focusing on creating customized strategies that align with her clients' unique needs and long-term objectives. She is passionate about empowering individuals and families to make informed decisions, and is known for clear communication and attention to detail. Outside of work, Stephanie cherishes spending time with her boyfriend and two dogs. You can usually find her in the kitchen trying out a new recipe or hiking in the mountains if it isn't too warm. She also enjoys family pool days, camping, and traveling just about anywhere!
